The first chart shows Chino Hills residential sales from January 2010 to October 2012. As you can see in January 2010 the average home listing stayed on the market around 38 days. As the market moved into January 2011 the average time a home stayed on the market more than twice as long. With the exception of a dip in April 2011, the average time on the market for Chino Hills CA homes for sale generally stayed the same 60 to 80 days on the market. But beginning around mid-2012 the average days on the market for homes has dropped fairly consistently:
