This chart of Yucaipa Days on the Market highlights the gradual, but peak to troth varying decrease in real estate inventory since January 2011. The highest peak in the month of May 2011 at around 85 average days on the market, compared to the lowest troth at around 15 to 20 average days on the market in January 2013.
This trend solidifies the lack of inventory in Yucaipa and most other communities in Southern California.

Conversely, 2012, which is viewed by many in the real estate industry as the beginning of the market recovery, has the most recorded sales.
